Our new smokehouse menu caters for everyone with a selection of meat-lover, vegetarian and vegan showstoppers. Staff favourites include our vegetarian peach smoked corn ribs, that mimics ‘pork ribs’ of smoked deep-fried corn with vegan whipped jalapeno butter, the 100% vegan watermelon ‘tuna’ tacos which features compressed watermelon in soy and sesame oil and looks and tastes like Japanese tuna tataki, and the apple smoked brie wheels served with Chilton’s secret Canadian blueberry chutney.
